The Lone Ar-ranger: Philip Buttall

Philip Buttall is based in Plymouth and has had a career encompassing teaching, composition, conducting and piano soloist. 'The Lone Ar-ranger!' is a delightful romp through a long list of well-loved tunes from all corners of western music. The work starts and finishes with Rossini's William Tell Overture, with the pace of change becoming more and more frantic as the piece progresses. The writer had a go at working out the tunes one lunch time, but there are still some gaps in the list and no guarantee of accuracy. Answers on a postcard please:
