Founded in 2008, Cambridge Symphonic Winds is one of East Anglia's most exciting and distinctive ensembles. They bring together the vibrant and diverse sounds of over forty different woodwind, brass and percussion instruments to fantastic effect. The group aims to stage first-class concerts featuring the very best works for symphonic wind orchestra, creating a unique musical experience for listeners across the region. Their first performance with new conductor Anne Templer promises to bring a fresh sound to Cambridge.

The programme features a mixture of stylish showpieces and lighter music, including:
